Refunds and Returns

We want every purchase to be a good experience. Because our products are digital downloads, we're unable to accept returns - but we'll always do right by you if something goes wrong.

Refunds are only considered if:

  • The product cannot be downloaded due to a technical fault on our end, and
  • The issue cannot be resolved by our support team within 5 working days.

To request help, email info@subsonic.audio with your order number and a description of the issue and we'll get back to you as quickly as we can.
