All products available on www.subsonic.audio are digital downloads only and are delivered electronically after payment.

All products are digital sound libraries, sample packs, instruments, and presets for music production.

When you purchase a product, you are purchasing a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files in your own musical compositions, performances, and productions.

You may not resell, share, distribute, or repackage our files, whether modified or unmodified.

Ownership of all samples, instruments, and related intellectual property remains with Sub Sonic Audio Ltd.
3. Orders and Payments

Orders are processed securely through Shopify.

Payment must be received in full before download links are issued.

Prices are shown in GBP (£). Applicable VAT or local sales taxes may be applied at checkout depending on your location and local regulations. Sub Sonic Audio Ltd complies with applicable digital services tax obligations.

4. Delivery

All products are delivered digitally via download.

No physical goods are shipped.

Download links are normally available immediately after purchase and sent by email to your registered address.

5. Refunds and Returns
Because our products are digital and non-returnable, all sales are final.
Refunds are only considered if:

The product cannot be downloaded due to a technical fault on our end, and

The issue cannot be resolved by our support team within 5 working days.
To request help, email info@subsonic.audio with your order number and details of the issue.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, graphics, sounds, and materials on this site are the intellectual property of Sub Sonic Audio Ltd and are protected by copyright law.
Unauthorised copying, distribution, resale, or public sharing of any product or file is strictly prohibited.

We do not sell or share your data and only collect the minimum information required to process your order.
8. Commercial Use and Content Monetisation
You may freely use Sub Sonic Audio products in your own original music, including works released for sale, streaming, broadcast, or monetised content (for example on YouTube, Spotify, Beatport, Apple Music, TikTok, etc.).
However, you may not:

Repackage, redistribute, resell, share, or otherwise make our sounds, samples, or presets available as part of another sound library, sample pack, virtual instrument, or similar product — whether free or paid.

Use the raw samples or stems in isolation in stock music libraries, sample subscription platforms, or AI training datasets.

Claim ownership of, or trademark, any Sub Sonic Audio material or branding.
All rights remain the property of Sub Sonic Audio Ltd.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, lifetime licence to use the content in finished musical works.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Sub Sonic Audio Ltd is not liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage resulting from the use or misuse of our products, downloads, or website.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
